Job Title: Mountain Bike Suspension Technician – Entry Level

Dirtlabs was one of the first authorized service centers for Fox, Rockshox, and Cane Creek suspension products in 2004 and specialize in factory-spec overhauls, custom tuning and fabrication.  We pride ourselves in customer service and also having the fastest turnaround-time in the business.  When we are not on repairs you can catch us making espresso in our break area, or enjoying a beer from Longs Peak Pub next door.  It has also been known for the owner “Luby” to have spur of the moment  manual/ wheelie competitions, so you may want to start practicing now.  Our team mentality and fun work environment adds to the mantra of our brand.

Job Description:
Dirtlabs Suspension currently seeks an entry-level tech to join our team.  While technical work will be the focus of the new hire,the ability to communicate with customers, both in person and via the phone, is crucial.  Our ideal candidate will be excited about suspension technical work and enthusiastic about the ability to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform suspension item repairs from start to finish

  • Work through and diagnose common suspension issues with service manager
  • Maintain close attention to detail and take diligent notes
  • Ability to use spreadsheets to track repair progress, special orders, etc.
  • Maintain top level customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work-space

Qualifications:
0 – 5 years of mechanical experience (bike specific is a plus)
