Our 15+ years of service has allowed us to offer an industry leading 90 day warranty policy on all of our services. Our no questions asked period of 3 months after the suspension or seatpost service date extends to services not marked as "ineligible" during the time of the service.
As riders ourselves, we understand that there are circumstances that may qualify for consideration i.e. over the winter, injury, other reason for not riding the bike, etc. For warranty claims outside of our 90 days we ask that you bring the item / ship the item in for evaluation. We are able to speculate ride time based on oil/grease decommission etc. and will do what we can to get you back riding as soon as possible.
