Every shock is built to order and refined for real-world riding—harder hits, longer descents, and better feel everywhere in between.
From small-bump compliance to big-hit confidence, this upgraded shock delivers a noticeably smoother, custom tuned, and more controlled ride than stock—without sacrificing the performance the DHX2 is known for.

WPS Podium Piston Damper Upgrade Kit (2026 DHX2)
The Podium Piston upgrade refines the Float X2 damper by offering custom damper tuning and improved pressure balance. This allows us to perfectly tune the damping range to a given riding weight, bike, riding style and ability. In terms of overall performance this kit improves damping consistency, increases support under hard braking and compressions, and has a calmer, more controlled feel at speed—especially on long, rough descents.
Precision Engineered Coil Spring
Super Alloy Racing MTB Coil Spring - From Super Alloy Racing - "Super Alloy Racing Springs are availible in 25lb increments and dyno tested. All springs are shipped with a dyno graph for proof of accuracy. Super Alloy Racing springs help to maximise suspension performance as well as reducing weight and increasing traction and sensitivity."
Cane Creek VALT Progressive Rate Spring - From Cane Creek - "Progressive-Rate VALT coil springs are designed and tuned by Cane Creek’s engineering team to provide riders with a true rise-in-rate spring curve. The Progressive-Rate VALT springs maintain the sensitivity and “set it and forget it” mentality of a traditional coil set up, but with the progressiveness and ramp up that hard-charging riders and many frame designs demand. Progression begins at 50% into the stroke of the spring."

How do I order my custom shock?
You will submit a non-refundable $500 down payment for the purchase of a new fork and the upgrade variation you want. After payment, please fill out this form to give us all the information needed for damper tuning, spring rate, and damper settings when the build is complete.

Availability of parts is subject to change due to our reliance on distributor stock. This product is made to order and some parts may need to be ordered by our shop to fulfill custom build requests. Please allow a 2-3 week lead time for "A" kit products
